In 1996, our Top Cats' engines roared to life to support NISRA, the Northern Illinois Special Recreation Association. We were looking for a way to give back to the communities in which we live and ride. NISRA provides year around recreation programs for people with disabilities; both adults and children, of all ability levels to enjoy socializing, building skills and having fun in hundreds of weekly programs, special events, camps and trips each year. Because NISRA had programs in McHenry, Lake, Cook and Kane counties, this seemed like a perfect fit for all of us.

One of the things we hold dear when we throw a leg over or motorcycle is the freedom of the open road. It holds so many possibilities. With our Ride for Dreams, we hope to be able to open up some possibilities for others. The freedom of being just like every other kid going to camp and swimming in the summer.

Come ride with us on our 17th Annual NISRA Ride for Dreams on July 22nd.
The Ride for Dreams... Think about the possibilities...

At 9:30 AM we will start sending out groups of riders lead by our experienced Road Captains on an easy-going route made up of mostly 2-lane roads that will travel through Northeast Illinois. The ride is approximately 100 miles with a short adjustment stop about mid ride and should last about 90 minutes of riding time.
